CBSE Skill Expo & Guidance Festival 2025 at DPS Rudrapur

Delhi Public School, Rudrapur proudly hosted the CBSE Skill Expo & Guidance Festival 2025, a vibrant platform designed to promote students’ creativity, practical learning, and career readiness. This year’s edition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 40 schools and nearly 1000 students, making it a grand celebration of talent, innovation, and skill-based learning.

The event began with registration and refreshments, followed by a warm and graceful welcome extended to the distinguished guests through sapling presentations, badge pinning, and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
Mr. Manoj Gupta, RO, CBSE Dehradun, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Satish Kumar, Joint Director, Skill Education, joined as the Guest of Honour. Other esteemed dignitaries included:

• Dr. Amit Kumar – Principal Scientist & Coordinator, Bioinformatics, ICAR-Bareilly

• Dr. Sanjeev Suman – Associate Professor, Civil Engineering, GB Pant University

The programme commenced with an inspiring Welcome Address by the Principal, who emphasized the growing relevance of skill-based and experiential learning. A melodious Welcome Song and a vibrant Folk Dance performance brought cultural richness to the ceremony.

Mr. Satish Kumar motivated the students by highlighting the value of practical skills, continuous learning, and well-informed career choices in today’s dynamic world.

The event featured insightful speaker sessions by Mr. Sarthak Arora, Dr. Amit Kumar, and Mr. Sanjeev Bhatnagar, offering students guidance on emerging opportunities, career pathways, and essential life skills.

The highlight of the programme, the Skill Expo, showcased an impressive array of student-driven projects, reflecting exceptional levels of creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning. Judges Dr. Sanjeev Suman and Dr. Amit Kumar appreciated the originality and effort displayed by the young innovators.

The festival concluded on a high note, celebrating knowledge, skills, and holistic development.
