Sarbat Da Bhala 2022
Delhi Public School, Rudrapur celebrated 'Sarbat Da Bhala' on the occasion of ‘Gurpurab' with great pride, honour and respect on November 07, 2022.
The program started with the welcome of guests.
The guests who graced the program were Mr. Rampal Singh (Mayor, Rudrapur), Mr. R.C. Arya (Chief Education Officer), Mr. Kuldeep Singh Kharbanda (Renowned Businessman), Dr. Paramjeet & many others.
The celebration commenced with Shabads and holy hymns that were sung by the students to embark religious fervour in the atmosphere.
The message that teachings of Guru Nanak Dev are of great significance to mankind and can help in transforming the society was brought forth by presenting a theatrical act.
The program came to the conclusion by presenting souvenirs to the guests and the blessings of the Chairman Shri Surjit Singh Grover. He addressed the gathering and motivated the performers for presenting their learnings in an extremely outstanding way.
On the occasion, the Chairman, Shri Surjit Singh Grover presented pullovers to the students of Government Girls School, Gandhi Colony. The school has been adopted by him to provide academic support to the girls and to offer opportunities for their overall development.
Also, the retired teachers from Janta Inter College who taught the Chairman, Shri Surjit Singh Grover were presented shawls and were honoured for their contribution.
