The chanting of mantras while performing Havan is to invoke gods and seek their blessings and favours. It is also done to overall welfare of an individual, a group of people, the entire society, entire country, or for that matter – the entire universe.
A ‘hawan’ ceremony was organised at Delhi Public School, Rudrapur on Founder's Day.
Chairman Shri Surjit Singh Grover along with teachers attended the ceremony. The priest prayed for good health, happiness and success of the every member presented there and prosperity of the school . Teachers also contributed to make this occasion more pious through the sacred and melodious bhajans sung by them. The hawan was followed by the shabd which taught everyone to be diligent towards his/her duty and make this world beautiful for living. Prasad was distributed to all present there.
We really extend our heartfelt gratitude to our chairman sir who organises such religious ceremonies for starting something good so that everyone can take the blessings of the supreme power whom we call GOD.
