Delhi Public School, Rudrapur, organized a special assembly to commemorate Kargil Diwas, honoring the valour and sacrifice of the Indian soldiers who fought in the Kargil War of 1999.
The assembly began with the morning prayer, setting a solemn and respectful tone for the event. The students of Grade 5 Roses, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the significance of Kargil Diwas and the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by the soldiers.
Students of the class presented patriotic dance-drama depicting the life of soldiers of Kargil war.
The assembly concluded with a tribute to the martyrs of the Kargil War. It was a poignant event and successfully instilled a sense of patriotism and respect for the armed forces among the students.
