Celebrating Baisakhi: A Tribute to Culture, Unity & Gratitude
“Let us be grateful to the farmers who nourish our land and to the traditions that enrich our soul.”
DPS Rudrapur celebrated the vibrant festival of Baisakhi with great enthusiasm and cultural fervour through a Special Morning Assembly.
The celebration began with a warm welcome followed by a series of performances that highlighted the cultural and religious significance of Baisakhi. Students showcased their talents through speeches, poems, mantras, songs, a powerful drama, and energetic Bhangra and Gidda performances—vividly portraying the rich heritage of Punjab.
As part of our Baisakhi Special Assembly, our talented students also presented a soulful Shabad Kirtan, creating a spiritually uplifting ambiance. Kada Prasad was respectfully distributed among all attendees.
Our respected Chairman Sir, Vice-Chairman Sir, and Principal Sir graced the event with their presence and inspiring words, emphasizing the values of gratitude, hard work, and unity—reminding everyone of the deeper meaning behind this joyful festival.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who joined us this morning and became a part of this beautiful celebration.
Wishing everyone a harvest of happiness and a season filled with prosperity.
