Where Education Meets Experience: DPS Students Explore Pantnagar University
Grade IX students visited Pantnagar University’s Museum and Poultry Farm for an educational exposure to agricultural science and animal husbandry. The museum, housed in the IDP-NAHEP Building, showcased the university’s legacy, achievements, and its role in India’s Green Revolution. Students explored historical artifacts, agricultural exhibits, and interactive displays.
An insightful session by Dr. Shivendra Kashyap highlighted the university’s foundation and its pivotal role in transforming Indian agriculture. At the poultry farm, students learned about poultry breeds, feed types, and best management practices.
The visit provided valuable real-world learning beyond the classroom. Students returned with enhanced knowledge of agriculture and veterinary sciences.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Chairman Sir, Shri Surjit Singh Grover and Vice Chairman, Shri Harman Singh Grover for providing this enriching opportunity and continuous support towards holistic student development.
