WHERE DIPLOMACY MEETS DIVERSITY - DPSR MUN 2025 OPENS WITH GRANDEUR!
The opening ceremony of DPSR Model United Nations 2025 was a spectacular blend of tradition, culture, and inspiration. The event began with the lighting of the lamp and a soulful Ganesh Vandana, symbolizing wisdom and new beginnings.
The ceremony was graced by distinguished dignitaries who inspired the gathering with their presence and words. Our Chief Guest, Dr. Sahil Singh (Ambassador, Strategic Partnership & United Nations SDG), a visionary academician, technocrat, and serial entrepreneur, encouraged the young delegates to lead with innovation and responsibility.
Adding artistic brilliance to the occasion, we were honoured to welcome our Guests of Honour – Mr. Guneet Singh, a renowned singer and writer from Ludhiana; Mr. Mridul Arora, a Guinness World Record-holding producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist with mastery over 40+ instruments; and Mr. Rajendra, a dynamic percussionist with over 2000 live shows across India. Their journeys of talent, dedication, and passion deeply inspired everyone present.
We were also privileged to have with us our Chairman Sir, Shri Surjeet Singh Grover, whose guidance continues to shape the vision of DPS Rudrapur.
The day witnessed captivating cultural performances, motivating addresses, and the formal declaration of DPSR MUN 2025 as open. With youthful energy and diplomatic spirit, our delegates are ready to embark on days of debate, dialogue, and discovery.
