Counselling Session at DPS Rudrapur 
The counseling session at DPS Rudrapur was conducted by Head Administrator and School Counselor Ms. Manmeet Kaur, along with her teammates Ms. Sonal and Ms. Vandana. The session was held under the guidance of the Honorable Chairman Shri Surjit Singh Grover and Vice Chairman Mr. Harman Grover.

The session was taken up for the teachers and emphasized the importance of identifying students' needs in terms of their emotions, behavior, academic growth, and social indicators (e.g., difficulty in making friends, family concerns, hyperactivity). The discussion highlighted the need for early identification of students' needs to provide timely support and interventions. It also stressed the importance of a collaborative approach among teachers, counselors, and administrators to support students' overall development.

The session focused on key learning difficulties among the students like Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Auditory Processing Disorder (APD), Visual Processing Disorder (VPD) and also Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

The session aimed to enhance student support services, ensuring that students receive timely and effective support. Another approach was to build better parent-teacher collaboration, fostering stronger partnerships so that students receive consistent support across different settings.
