Education Reimagined: From Workload to Wonder
DPS Rudrapur proudly hosted an inspiring workshop on “Transforming Education: Reducing Teacher Workload by 10X and Boosting Results by 20X with Universal Human Values”. The session was led by Dr. Ashok Kumar Thakur, Founder of Muni International School and a true visionary whose pioneering experiments in education are revolutionizing schools across India.
The day began with the auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony and a symbolic sapling presentation, signifying growth, knowledge, and new beginnings. The welcome address by Principal Sir set a positive tone for the event.
The highlight was Dr. Thakur’s insightful address, where he shared practical strategies to simplify teaching, integrate values with skills, and create joyful learning spaces. His vision deeply resonated with educators, inspiring them to embrace change and innovation in their classrooms.
The workshop concluded with a gracious Vote of Thanks by our Hon’ble Chairman Sir, Shri Surjit Singh Grover, along with appreciation to our Vice Chairman Sir, Mr. Harman Singh Grover, for their constant support and encouragement. Our Chairman Sir extended his heartfelt gratitude to the resource person for delivering an outstanding session and appreciated his expertise, passion, and dedication to education which are truly inspiring. A memento was presented to our esteemed guest in gratitude.
