CYBER SAFETY WORKSHOP: EMPOWERING RESPONSIBLE DIGITAL CITIZENS
CYBER SAFETY WORKSHOP: EMPOWERING RESPONSIBLE DIGITAL CITIZENS
In a world where a single click can compromise privacy, identity, and security, digital awareness is no longer a choice — it is a necessity.
Considering the need for safety in the digital world, the school organised an enriching Workshop on Cyber Safety to promote digital awareness and responsible online behaviour among students. The insightful session was conducted by eminent resource persons Hon. Capt. S. C. Joshi, a distinguished Indian Army veteran and cyber security expert, and Mr. Naman Shridhar from Cipherics and the CyberPeace Foundation.
The workshop sensitised students towards contemporary cyber threats, phishing scams, AI-driven risks, cyber ethics, social media safety, and the importance of maintaining a secure digital footprint. Through interactive discussions and a thought-provoking Q&A session, students gained valuable insights into becoming aware, vigilant, and responsible digital citizens.
A heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Chairman Sir, Shri Surjit Singh Grover, and Vice-Chairman, Mr. Harman Singh Grover Sir, for their visionary initiative and constant encouragement in organising such meaningful and future-oriented learning experiences for students.
“Cyber safety begins with awareness, responsibility, and informed choices.”
