As always assemblies are an interactive medium of facilitating learning. In this case the theme was Fairytales which carried the message that all fairytales are beautiful and real too.
The assembly began with warm greetings for all the parents. After which students did the morning prayer,thought, day & date and word of the day followed by a short speech by respected principal sir. The children in their bright costumes were a delight to watch followed by a skit on the Little Red Ridinghood. The shimmering props added more beauty to the little ones. There was the jingle bells song done with a jig and got the entire audience singing along.
The assembly concluded with the Christmas dance which was fun and lively. The children carried home the message of sharing and caring as well as the pleasure and pride of spreading peace, true to the spirit of the celebration.
