Delhi Public School, Rudrapur organized a Workshop on Innovative Methods of Teaching in Dgital Era for its teaching staff on June 30, 2023.
The program aimed to enhance the professional development of the teachers and staff members by providing them with new skills and knowledge related to Artificial Intelligence and its usability in the field of education.
The resource person, Dr Aditi Singhal , an International Memory Trainer and a Guinness World Record Holder for teaching largest Mathematics lesson talked about the importance of Digitalization and how AI is going to substitute most of the jobs in future.
Continuing with her session, she emphasized the teachers to imbibe skills that would prioritise innovation, passion and creative thinking in students. She also informed teachers about different digital learning platforms, websites and apps that assist in teaching and asked teachers to make AI, their new teaching assistant and use it during the classes to make them more lively and interactive.
Overall, the workshop was a resounding success, as it provided an opportunity for the teachers and staff members to update their knowledge and skills related to IT & Digitalization and the ways and methods which would help them to improve the effectiveness of their teaching and enhance their professional development.
