The Investiture & Scholar Ceremony of Primary School for the academic year 2023-24 was held on 18th of May 2024 at DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, RUDRAPUR.
The ceremony was graced by the benign presence of dignitaries Mr. S.K. Mishra Manager IR, Administration & Legal, Bajaj Auto Ltd. Pantnagar, Mr. Manish Bisht SDM Sadar, Dr. Amrita Sharma, Deputy Collector, Mr. Manoj Katyal SP, Rudrapur, Mr. Pawan Agarwal, MD-SP Solvent, Dr. Rajeev- HOD- Surgery- Sushila Tiwari Hospital, Dr. Maitri-MD Shri Krishna Hospital. The ceremony commenced with the lighting of ceremonial lamp with the Welcome Song.
The event began with March Past by the newly elected prefects along with the House-Masters. The newly elected school council was then honored with badges and sashes.
Everyone's heart filled with pride and the mesmerizing performances by the choir added the right amount of exhilaration to the ceremony. Following that was the oath taking ceremony, which was led by our Junior school Sports Captain wherein the council bearers pledged to dispense their duties to the best of their abilities and abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
The students were also awarded with scholar badges & medals for their exceptional academic performance in 2023-24.
Chief Guest Mr. S. K. Mishra said in his statement that discipline is very important in student life if we are students. If we pay attention to discipline in life itself, we can become a good citizen.
We are grateful to our honorable Chairman Shri Surjit Singh Grover Ji for always encouraging the students with the amazing ways of learning and growing.
