DPS-Rudrapur Celebrated National Sports Day to Commemorate Birth Anniversary of Hockey Wizard- Major Dhyan Chand
DPS-Rudrapur, celebrated National Sports Day in honor of Major Dhyan Chand. The day commenced with a mini-marathon, inaugurated by the Principal. The students participated with great enthusiasm, followed by a special assembly highlighting the significance of sports in life. The assembly featured various sports displays and recreational activities across different wings of the school, emphasizing the role of physical activity in overall development.
The Chairman, Shri Surjit Singh Grover ji conveyed his best wishes to all the students and emphasised that the youth of today must participate in games and sports activities to keep themselves mentally and physically fit.
