The students and staff of the school paid tribute to the great leaders of our country on the occasion of their birth anniversary—Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, and Lal Bahadur Shastri, the 2nd Prime Minister of India.
The event began with the Morning Assembly, where students and teachers gathered to pay homage to both leaders. The assembly included prayers, poems, the singing of patriotic songs, and speeches.
A skit showcasing key events from Gandhi’s life was presented by the Dipsites, portraying his simplicity, integrity, and love for the nation.
The event aimed to instill in students the values of non-violence, simplicity, and leadership, which both leaders exemplified.
