Inter-House Junior Debate Competition at Delhi Public School Rudrapur
Today, Monday, October 28, 2024, Delhi Public School Rudrapur organized an inter-house junior debate competition. The topic for the debate was "Creativity is disappearing in the race for marks," on which students from all houses enthusiastically presented their views.
In the competition, students highlighted various aspects of the topic and demonstrated through their arguments how a mark-centric education system impacts creativity. They expressed their views with clarity and reasoning, creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
At the end of the program, the school’s Chairman, Mr. Surjit Singh Grover, addressed the students, saying, "Competitions like these play a significant role in students' development. They not only enhance their reasoning skills but also boost their confidence." He congratulated all participants for their outstanding performances and emphasized the importance of creativity.
