"NCC Cadets – Trained to Lead, Inspired to Serve!"
Delhi Public School Rudrapur had the privilege of hosting an intensive NCC Training Camp, presided over by Vinay Malhotra of UNIT 31 UK BN NCC and conducted under the supervision of Col. Kundan Sharma & Lt. Col. Abhilasha Joshi of UNIT 78 UK BN NCC. With the enthusiastic participation of 30 schools and around 1,000 cadets, the camp was a testament to discipline, resilience, and leadership.
The cadets engaged in a structured training schedule that included:
✅ Weapon Training – Enhancing precision and safety skills
✅ Drill – Strengthening discipline and coordination
✅ Special Subjects – Map reading, communication, judging distance, and field craft
✅ Physical Tests & Practical Exams – Conducted for NCC ‘B’ Certificate aspirants
This intensive training not only honed the skills of cadets but also instilled in them a deep sense of patriotism and responsibility.
"NCC training is not just about drills and discipline; it is about shaping the leaders of tomorrow with courage, commitment, and integrity. Seeing these young cadets undergo rigorous training fills me with immense pride. I sincerely thank Presiding Officer Vinay Malhotra, Col. Kundan Sharma, and Lt. Col. Abhilasha Joshi for their exceptional guidance. May our cadets continue to uphold the values of the NCC and serve the nation with honor and dedication!"
